Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
2. Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
3. Completion of daily records/ traceabilities.
4. Ensuring food safety is maintained throughout the process in accordance with BRC and Bord Bia standards.
5. A lot of walking / standing / checking of products in different areas of the packhouse such as Goods-In, Packhouse & Goods-Out.
Qualifications/Experience
1. Level 7 in food science or similar qualification.
2. Experience in a quality role is desired but not essential.
Key Behaviours
1. Excellent attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work on own initiative.
Note
* Must have own transport.
* Roster: 4-day week 6am – 6pm or as specified by manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
