**Job Description:**
CX Solution Architect plays a key role in designing customer experience (CX) solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
In this role, you'll apply your functional and technical expertise to craft high-level designs, business cases, and solution roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end CX solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry best practices.
* Produce high-level designs and business cases, incorporating functional and technical aspects to drive business value.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Advise on CX strategy, identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
* Stay up to date with the latest CX trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Leverage experience in Business Rules Orchestration (BRO) and related technologies to enhance customer experience solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, CX Consultant, or in a similar role designing customer experience solutions.
* Strong knowledge of CX platforms, CRM systems, and contact center technologies.
* Expertise in business case development, high-level solution design, and requirements gathering.
* Experience with Business Rules Orchestration (BRO) and how it applies to CX solutions.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions.
