You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings.
Your new role:
1. Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
2. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3. Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
4. Schedule appointments and update calendar
5. Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers
6. Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
7. Develop and maintain a filing system
8. Create spreadsheets and presentations
9. Provide statistical and budget reports
10. Greet and provide general support to visitors
11. Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
12. Knowledge and experience with different systems.
Your ExperienceFor this position, you should be able to use your organisational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant,
or executive administrative assistant
14. In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
15. Hands on experience with MS Office
16. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
18. Strong organisational and time-management skills
19. Additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus.
