Operating for over a decade, they have built strong relationships with major national retailers and maintain the highest standards in food safety and compliance.This is a hands-on leadership role in a modern, purpose-built plant producing a niche dairy range that includes soft and grilling cheeses as well as yogurts.The roleYou'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production output while maintaining AA-rated BRC compliance.You'll oversee production planning, staff management, food safety, and work cross-functionally with farm partners to ensure raw material quality.
