Duties include the following:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers in busy motor factors.
2. Deal with over the counter queries efficiently and professionally.
3. Provide excellent customer service skills.
4. Manage cash transactions accurately.
5. Be PC literate as customized software is used to monitor stock levels and check customer order enquiries.
6. Exhibit good communication skills.
7. Liaise with customers/suppliers daily by phone.
8. Pick motor parts and accessories orders accurately.
9. Assist van drivers with loading vehicles for prompt delivery to customers.
10. Re-stock the branch with daily overnight deliveries from suppliers.
Salary: Depends on experience.
