About The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to help scale our marketing execution, automation and reporting. This is a great opportunity to help further build the marketing operations function in a fast-paced startup-like environment with an ability to make a direct impact on the business with plenty of hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform (Hubspot), Salesforce and other RevOps tools (like ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Outreach).
Reporting directly into our Revenue Operations team, this is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with marketing leaders to ensure that smart strategies are set, initiatives are rigorously prioritized, concrete plans are developed, and that our teams are organized to succeed. This role is integral in driving operational excellence in our marketing organization.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize our marketing automation systems, with a focus on HubSpot
* Support the marketing team with automations and reporting - be a strategic partner
* Drive alignment around major programs - both across marketing functions and organizationally
* Analyze data to drive results and make data-driven decisions
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing alongside success metrics
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation and analytics systems
Qualifications
* 3+ years of relevant marketing operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models
* Strong technical fluency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, PowerBI or Tableau)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
