We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to establish and lead a telesales function in a fast-growing, family-owned FMCG food packaging company. Working closely with sales and customer service teams, this role will drive sales growth, expand customer base, support key account management, and promote self-serve adoption on a new online platform.
This role is key to expanding customer base, enhancing market presence, and driving adoption of company’s online platform. The ideal candidate will have FMCG telesales experience, excel in client relationship management, and develop sales strategies while supporting Key Account Managers through lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic B2B telesales function within the FMCG food packaging sector to drive sales growth and customer excellence.
* Lead proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and market research, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
* Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions, delivering compelling presentations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Build and maintain key account relationships, providing insights to support sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.
* Track performance through detailed reporting and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the FMCG B2B sector.
* Strong understanding of sales principles meeting sales targets.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior experience in the food packaging industry is desirable, but not essential.
