Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a motivated, trained sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets.
* Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team and field reps, ensuring timely task completion and effective communication.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, implementing Standard Operating Procedures and promoting professional growth.
* Translate Sales & Marketing strategies into actionable, measurable goals for the team.
* Analyze sales performance and address any gaps in results with the team.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
* Provide necessary resources and support for the team to meet customer needs.
* Drive business growth by leading the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Experience & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in construction, with a focus on team leadership and development.
* Proven people management experience is required.
* Proven ability to manage employees both onsite and remote teams effectively.
* Data-driven sales management with a history of using data to improve performance.
* Strong attention to detail and efficient strategy execution.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
* Strong commercial acumen and client-focused solutions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
* Full Irish driver's license.
