A career at Citco isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to excel in an environment that genuinely supports your personal and professional development.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties in Brief: Participate and contribute on all team activities such as sprint planning, daily scrums and retrospectivesWork closely with other developers and product owners to define testing needsPlan, create and execute test cases applicable to user stories to ensure coverage of sprint / project objectiveThoroughly test products within Sprints (where applicable)Identify opportunities to implement test automationBuild and execute automated system and performance tests for APIs and web applicationsBe comfortable with different testing tool frameworks and different languages needed to code for them. This includes NodeJS, JAVA, PythonHelp determine and then ensure agreed upon test metrics are met Perform reviews and ensure the quality of the team’s workQualificationsAbout You: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent8+ years of Quality Assurance and Qualitative Analysis experience5+ years of experience in test automation3+ year of experience testing in an agile cross-functional team3+ years of experience working with Node and JavaExperienced with API testingExperience with Selenium based test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or WebdriverIOExperience with Cypress and Playwright is an asset Proficiency in programming in languages such as Javascript and Python. Java is an assetExperience with source code management tools, GIT preferredOverall experience with REST, messaging and relational databases (NoSQL is a plus)Familiarity with Project Management and Test Management tools such as JIRA and Xray Must be self-motivated and driven, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in: Creativity, technical analysis, problem solving, communication and client serviceExperience with AWS is an added advantageExperience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or Code Pipeline would have preferenceExcellent written and verbal communication, must be able to convey information clear and concisely in a team setting Willingness to learn new skills and to contribute to a team culture centred on continuous improvementMust be able to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities and meet tight deadlinesWhat We Offer: A challenging and rewarding role in an award-winning global business.Opportunities for personal and professional career development.
