Job Title: Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at a leading Irish-owned Civil engineering consultancy in County Roscommon.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing Reception
* General administrative duties
* Answering phones and managing incoming emails
* Daily post management
* Supporting the accounts department as needed
* Petty cash management
* Daily stock check and office supply purchasing
* Courier arrangement
Key Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a similar role
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment
