We require a Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires on-site work in our Cork city office for two full days per week to assist with managing our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining accurate financial records and transactions
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable
3. Bank reconciliations and expense tracking
4. Assisting with VAT returns and financial reporting
5. Working closely with our team to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Pegasus accounting software (essential)
2. Previous bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €24,000 annually
Expected hours: 9 per week
