Job Purpose
The Head of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by developing compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and positioning that resonates with our target audience. This role is key in ensuring our product innovations translate into meaningful value for customers, guiding them through their buying journey with clear, impactful storytelling.
This role serves as a key interface between both Marketing and Product teams, ensuring alignment, influencing strategic positioning, and driving adoption. The ideal candidate will have a metric-driven approach, leveraging data to refine messaging, improve market communication, and assess impact. Strong communication skills, clarity in messaging, and an ability to influence tone of voice across marketing assets—including the website, sales collateral, and outbound communications—are essential for success.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, the Head of Product Marketing will ensure that beqom’s solutions stand out in the market, driving product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Duties and responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop and refine data-driven product messaging and positioning to clearly communicate beqom’s unique value proposition.
Ensure alignment between Product and Marketing teams, facilitating clear and effective communication between both.
Maintain consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints, including website, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns.
Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, easily understandable messaging tailored to different buyer personas.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches
Own and execute end-to-end product launches, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless rollout and adoption.
Develop sales enablement tools, playbooks, and competitive intelligence that empower teams to position and sell effectively.
Track and measure the success of launches, adjusting strategies based on key performance metrics such as adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement & Content Development
Create compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies that support the sales process and drive conversions.
Enable Sales teams and Partners to ensure they have the necessary training and messaging guidance for successful outreach and deal closure.
Act as a key player in refining beqom’s external market communication strategy, ensuring sales, marketing, and product teams speak with one voice.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, shifts, and competitor movements.
Develop competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, and other tools to enable the GTM team to differentiate beqom in the market.
Regularly analyze and leverage performance data to optimize messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
Customer Advocacy & Thought Leadership
Work closely with Customer Success to highlight success stories, testimonials, and case studies that reinforce beqom’s value.
Ensure that customer insights are incorporated into messaging, supporting ongoing refinement and enhancement of beqom’s positioning.
Identify opportunities to position beqom as a thought leader in the compensation management space through content, events, and speaking engagements.
Profile we´re looking for!
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably within enterprise software, HR tech, or compensation solutions.
Strong expertise in collaborating with both Product and Marketing teams, ensuring a seamless interface between both functions.
Proven ability to develop and refine product messaging that is clear, compelling, and data-driven.
Experience driving metric-based decision-making, with a strong analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimize marketing efforts.
Deep expertise in sales enablement, including creating high-impact collateral, training programs, and competitive insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
A strategic thinker who can balance high-level vision with hands-on execution.
Experience influencing tone of voice across brand messaging and marketing materials is a strong plus.
Experience in HR technology, compensation management, or related fields is a plus but not required.
