About You and this Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven junior marketer to launch their career at a high-growth, international, and open-source company. As part of our Global Demand Generation team, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive global awareness and generate leads.
In this role, you will have a special focus on coordinating campaign rollouts across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. You will collaborate closely with our local field marketing teams to ensure the timely launch of campaigns and accelerate the time-to-market of our global initiatives. You'll also gain valuable experience in campaign development and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Global Campaigns
1. Work with our global campaign managers to assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that contribute to our business goals.
2. Coordinate international campaign roll-outs, ensuring timely translation of content, ad copies, and landing pages for non-English speaking regions.
3. Collaborate with our web and marketing operations teams to create campaign landing pages in all languages that follow conversion optimization best practices.
4. Work closely with the communication design team to create banners and other digital marketing assets.
5. Collaborate with the global digital team to meet go-live deadlines for new campaigns.
6. Report regularly on our campaigns’ performance, including traffic and conversion statistics, lead generation, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
Digital Marketing
1. Work with our digital marketing team to develop and execute our organic social media content calendar, including writing compelling copy and working with design teams to create visually appealing posts.
2. Support the digital marketing team in reporting on the performance and costs of search and social ad campaigns.
Required Qualifications
1. Degree in marketing, communications, or comparable education.
2. 1 year of high tech B2B marketing experience.
3. Language Proficiency: Native-level English proficiency to effectively write, edit, and proofread content from non-English-speaking colleagues.
4. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
5. Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, and proactive.
6. When you see something that doesn’t make sense, you challenge it.
7. Fosters a culture of cooperation and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.).
