Qualifications
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our commercial, public sector and infrastructure markets along with having the following qualifications and experience:
1. Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
2. In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
3. APM affiliation is a benefit
