Job Title: Senior Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to fill the role of Senior Office Administrator for our client based in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, exercising discretion as needed.
The Job Responsibilities:
* Provide diverse, confidential, and general administrative support.
* Act as logistics coordinator and cover reception area ensuring smooth operation arrival.
* Update Time & Attendance data entries on a weekly basis, ensuring annual leave/sick leave records are accurate.
* Serve as liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
* Manage travel arrangements for the team and client customers.
* Prepare and manage various documents including letters of invitation, reports, presentations, and invoices.
* Organize internal and external events such as training sessions, offsite meetings, teambuilding activities, and social events.
* Online purchasing of electronic components and manage incoming invoices.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience as a Senior Administrator/Executive PA/office administration role (3 years +).
* Experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, and SharePoint.
* Flexible approach to work and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
