The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aimed at attracting customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate existing email campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
2. Develop comprehensive email strategies for various sectors such as ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, and newsletters.
3. Implement effective list segmentation techniques.
4. Manage and update customer lists and databases.
5. Plan, design, and create automated email campaigns.
6. Craft persuasive email content and design attractive templates.
7. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
8. Stay informed on digital landscape changes, such as third-party cookies and data privacy laws, and educate clients accordingly.
9. Communicate strategies, project progress, and results to clients and team members.
10. Identify opportunities for business growth through email marketing for new and existing clients.
11. Create and present proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
12. Strong experience with the Klaviyo platform.
13. Experience with email marketing platforms ( Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor etc.).
14. Experience with Google Analytics and dedicated email reporting tools.
15. Excellent writing ability and verbal communication skills.
16. Excellent English proficiency.
17. Outstanding ability to think creatively, and to identify and resolve problems.

Good to have:
19. Experience working in an agency environment will be considered a plus.
20. Solid experience with PPC, Google and Meta ads will be of advantage.
21. Expertise in another language will be a plus!
