JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Brand Manager will focus on turning brand lovers into can lovers, ensuring that Red Bull is the consumer’s first choice of energy drink. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and wider Red Bull team to support and contribute to the annual business plan. Understanding and acting on consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives Top-of-Mind awareness, brand salience and overall brand equity. Creating, planning and executing brand, advertising and consumer activations across our key occasions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OCCASIONS
Turn data into compelling insights from our annual Trial & Awareness study, which are actionable & relevant, and ensure these insights implemented into our annual plans
· Develop relevant 360 Occasion plans against our key occasions which resonate with our target consumers and are activated in a full 360 way with a key focus on Off Premise & On Premise collaboration and execution
· Ensure an always on Occasion approach
· Work closely with our creative agency partners to develop iconic Cartoon content
ADVERTISING
Develop and manage a locally relevant media plan in line with the global strategy that addresses country specific issues & opportunities, reaching our target audience
Support relevant Red Bull events through brilliant media planning to drive reach and awareness
Understand today’s evolving digital & social consumer behaviour in order to develop ways to effectively reach consumers and drive digital engagement
PRODUCT INITIATIVES & EVENTS
Leads and collaborates on new product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing functions
Collects all learnings to share locally and with International HQ to ensure we understand the performance of each launch
Work alongside the Sports and Culture teams to support on all Events - key visuals, event branding and overall look & feel as the brand guardian
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 – 3 years of working in Marketing
Interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
Flexible and proactive attitude, able to cope with fast changing environment
Full clean driving licence
Employment for the successful applicant will be with Richmond Marketing who operate as the Distribution Partner for Red Bull in Ireland.
