The EMEA Total Rewards Analyst is detail-oriented, meticulous, and has outstanding business acumen with a reasonable understanding of compensation and benefits basics. The EMEA Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for providing assistance on implementation compensation and benefits practices across EMEA. Total Rewards is part of Centre of Excellence function supporting strategic HR.

Your Role
Compensation:
* You will foster strong cross-functional partnership with Aptiv HR Partners and recruiting teams.
* You will work with various stakeholders to develop offers.
* You will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
* You will obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods.
* You will assist in development of compensation models and conduct statistical analysis.
* You will assist in analysis of trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting.
* You will work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes.
* You will support wider team in annual bonus and merit cycle and related activities.
Benefits:
* You will support the management of benefits in the existing markets that Aptiv operates in and enhancing or changing our benefits offering.
* You will support benefits administration (Health and Welfare and Retirement plans) in conjunction with third-party administrators, vendors and internal employee service groups.
* You will have ownership of benefit survey submissions.
* You will support the development and implementation of global policies and processes in areas like pension and benefits for new markets.
* You will support local country HR in communicating our benefits offering to colleagues.
* You will collaborate with HR Country Managers and their teams to manage and consult on Benefit issues including queries and identifying opportunities for improvement in current processes and procedure.
* You will provide analytical support including data requests, creating, and updating excel reports and analyzing complex data as required.
* You will support improvements, analytical support, and the communication of benefits to colleagues.
Your Background
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data Science or Human Resources or a related area.
* Minimum of 5 years of job-related HR experience.
* Working knowledge in reward practices - specifically job architecture, pay range design, benchmarking, career structures, etc.
* Familiar with tax and payroll practices.
Skills:
* Exceptional analytical skills and super-user of excel as well as HR Technology.
* Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems - Workday reporting experience is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization and the ability to synthesize technical material into easily understood language.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; emphasis on strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow-up skills.
* Ability to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
* Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
Additional Considerations:
Ability to communicate in other European languages such as French, German or Polish.
