Breakfast/Lunch Chef Opportunity at the 4* Bracken Court Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our professional kitchen team.
The Role:
This is a full-time position working an average of 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Main Duties:
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* HACCP duties
* Food preparation for breakfast, carvery, bar-food, restaurant, banquets, and events
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the hotel industry or busy food business
* Enthusiasm and quick learning ability
* Ability to multitask and assist where required in all areas of the kitchen
* Good knowledge of food and industry trends
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
