Project Support CES seeks a highly organised individual for a Project Support role to assist project teams in delivering their work effectively.
CES is looking for a a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Project Support.
The key objective of this role is to provide a range of supports to our project teams to enable the delivery of this work.
At CES, we carry out our work on a project basis and at any given time our teams could be working on up to 30 active projects.
Our work supports the implementation of excellent public services through evidence informed policy and practice which promotes better outcomes for people living across the island of Ireland
Responsibilities for this role include:
Providing administrative support to project leads, including developing task plans and assisting with project budgets.
Helping prepare monthly budget reports and manage project invoicing timelines.
Assisting with the formatting and production of reports and documents.
Experience of working in client focused, service-oriented organisations.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years' experience in a project support or administration role.
High Level Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) as well as strong organisational skills.
The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration of two years (part-time options will also be considered).
