Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a central role in all aspects of construction project delivery, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for assigned construction projects delivery.
* Assist with strategy and input to the construction aspects of proposals.
* Ensure implementation of Company's Health, Safety and Environmental policy on projects.
* Execute projects in line with PM Group's Scope of Services, Overall Project Execution Plan and Client Contract.
Requirements
* Demonstrated capability in construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors.
* Professional qualification in engineering or construction/project management desirable.
* 10+ years professional experience.
* Proven track record in EHS leadership.
* Excellent knowledge of H&S statutory requirements.
* Good understanding of contractual models and supply chain capability.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Influencing and negotiation skills.
