#SETUW Confined Competition - For candidates to be eligible applicants they require experience of working with people with an Intellectual Disability South East Technological University invites all eligible candidates with experience of working with people with an Intellectual Disability to apply for the role of Tutor in the Department of Nursing & Healthcare South East Technological University (SETU) is seeking to establish a number of Tutors for a programme in the Department of Nursing and Health Care "Certificate in Personal Development". This programme is developed under the Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH) Strand 2 to enhance course provision in Higher Education for students with intellectual disabilities. SETU aims to support these students by providing a peer experiential connection through support tutors who have experience in supporting individuals with an intellectual disability. The role of the tutor will be to support students with an intellectual disability in their learning while in class and on while on the college campus. The Tutor will also support the academic team in supporting learning and the provision of support for students with course work and inclusion.
