As an ISO9001 and AS9100 certified company, we maintain rigorous quality standards and adhere to industry best practices to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionAs a Press Brake Setter, you will be responsible for:Providing leadership and guidance to the team Competently setting up and operating various models of Press Brake machinesProducing machined parts using Press Brake MachinesAssembling goods on production linesCarrying out basic quality and testing checksCoordinating daily activities to ensure efficient production operationsTraining and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performanceMonitoring and managing workflow to meet production targets and deadlinesCollaborating with other departments to address any production issues or concernsEnsuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulationsReporting to upper management on team performance, production metrics, and any challenges facedPerforming preventive maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting malfunctionsParticipating in training and educational opportunitiesSupporting and maintaining quality standards and initiativesWorking hours: 2pm-10:30pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm-9.30pm FridayTraining will be provided in areas where skills and knowledges gaps are identified.
