Position: Office Manager at Quality Accounting Firm
The firm is seeking an experienced office manager to work alongside the Managing Director and Practice Managers, focusing on bookkeeping and day-to-day direction of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of bookkeepers, overseeing client schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Train and develop the team, managing learning requirements and onboarding new clients.
* Develop and maintain key client relationships, ensuring timely receipt of information and following up as necessary.
* Provide general office management, reviewing policies, procedures, and systems.
* Liaise with external IT providers on business IT requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in managing a team and scheduling work.
* Book-keeping experience, ideally IATI qualified.
* Strong client skills and self-motivation.
