Part time contract - 2 days per week for - 3 years Location: Dublin Public Sector experience is essential Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a key contract.
This role involves acting as an internal advocate for the customer, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters, including additional projects.
Oversee daily operations across two sites, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Lead and manage a team of 20+ contracted employees.
Handle payroll, invoicing, and billing in collaboration with the Finance team.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and contract negotiations for all team members.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development.
Prepare reports for both clients and senior management.
Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents for contract renewals.
Requirements: 10+ years' experience in the IT sector.
Proven experience working with Public Sector clients in Ireland 5+ years in a management role, with experience in recruitment, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Strong background in preparing and submitting tenders for public sector contracts.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
