What you’ll do
1. Continued focus on achieving sales targets & delivering value to the Ireland Operating Company and customer base.
2. Maintaining a high 30+ NPS Score from customer base
3. Manage KPI’s & work with demand generation team to ensure that deliverables are exceeded and internal customers are delighted by Vodafone Performance & Partnership.
4. Develop, coach & manage Ireland Digital Sales to ensure operational excellence.
5. Create an environment where building broad & complex customer relationships is second nature.
6. Ensure the successful on-boarding of new Sales missions & Sales Staff, utilising Digital Sales SME Way of Selling theory & process.
7. Define & ensure the personal development of the entire Digital Sales Team.
8. Provide timely & relevant Sales performance reports to key stakeholders.
9. Work with Vodafone Ireland & Digital Sales Leadership to remove barriers to productivity & success.
10. Train & develop Team Leaders & Team Managers to the next level with the Regional Lead.
