We are currently seeking an eProcurement Manager to join our team at our clients, a Group of Hotels in Shannon, County Clare. As a key member of the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities and serving as a focal point for other staff members in the group's hotels regarding the procurement of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the entire procurement process using Procure Wizard software.
* Serve as the super-user for the procurement system, providing technical expertise and support.
* Act as the administrator, responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the system.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents to stakeholders.
* Project manage the procurement process from start to finish.
* Assist with tendering processes and negotiations.
* Develop and maintain supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.
* Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
