The successful candidate will:
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategically partner with senior personnel to achieve business objectives through people and talent management
2. Deliver the annual cycle of people initiatives to assigned functional teams
3. Assist in designing and implementing new organisational designs, workforce planning, and changes initiatives
4. Build strong relationships across relevant stakeholders
5. Lead coaching, challenge, and development interventions
6. Effectively implement people processes across all elements of HR
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Requirements
* 8+ years' experience in a senior position within a large multinational organisation with an international remit
* Qualification or equivalent in Human Resources
* Experience in organisational design and structure, workforce planning, and project management
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with previous exposure to fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments
* Past exposure to mentorships and coaching is highly advantageous
