They are seeking to hire an experienced Housing and Facilities Lead to join their team.
The role Our client is looking for a Housing & Facilities lead who will be responsible for the management of the respective facilities, housing, ensuring that capabilities and activities of the functions as a whole, and that the department activities align to and meet the strategic goals of the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead housing and maintenance teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
Manage tenancy operations, KPIs, and property registrations in line with SHS policies.
Enhance tenant services, implement risk management, and contribute to policy development.
Identify and develop new projects, oversee acquisitions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Deliver excellent client services, handle feedback, and engage tenants in service improvements.
Ensure staff training and compliance with procurement, GDPR, and housing regulations.
The Person A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in housing.
Strong knowledge and experience in housing legislation and technical aspects of void management, rent, repairs, and maintenance.
Proven ability to work effectively with social landlords, statutory and voluntary agencies, building and maintaining excellent relationships.
Full, clean driving licence with own transport.
The Offer €50,000 - €60,000 DOE (12-month FTC) 28 days annual leave + 10 public holidays (pro-rata) 35-hour workweek, hybrid & flexitime 7% employer pension (5% employee contribution)
