Job Title: CRM Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a CRM Specialist in a leading consumer goods organisation based in South Dublin.

Responsibilities:
* Drive the development, maintenance, and integrity of customer databases.
* Provide data-driven insights to the management and marketing team to optimise CRM marketing activities.
* Create and develop customer segmentation analysis to inform business decisions and drive campaigns.
* Work closely with cross-functional departments and management to understand and interpret business needs.
Key Tasks:
1. Own and maintain the customer/prospect database for multiple divisions within the group.
2. Ensure clean and accurate databases are ready for use on Salesforce marketing cloud and other eDM communication platforms.
3. Audit and coach front-line staff to improve data quality at customer touch points.
4. Support marketing team with database output and statistics as required.
5. Collaborate with IT on implementing security measures to protect GDPR integrity of records.
6. Analyse data from marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to recommend improvements.
7. Optimise email and automated communication flows through Salesforce, developing new journeys based on timing, targeting, and content insights.
8. Support marketing team with creating Salesforce templates and journeys where necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM data management with a marketing team.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.

Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum
