An excellent opportunity for a Relationship Support Manager to become a part of a team within a market-leading Universal Bank. The role of the Relationship Support Manager is focused on working in the Real Estate, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and maintenance of relationships across the bank's corporate client base. The Relationship Support Manager will be the named point of contact for dealing with the bank's corporate clients and their daily requirements.
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as the team works together on a number of projects which requires the team to improve the products and services provided to the corporate client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the Relationship Director with daily processes and procedures.
2. Develop relationships and enhance client experience.
3. Act as principal point of contact for day-to-day banking queries for clients.
4. Coordinate introduction to and from other areas of the group where appropriate and monitor outcomes.
