Key Responsibilities:
* All aspects of day-to-day operations (360) with a holistic approach to dealing with clients and candidates.
* Growing and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within your candidate network using online branding and resourcing tools.
* Working closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
* Consistently delivering outstanding service levels to both clients and candidates.
* Working with candidates and clients to achieve successful placements.
What We're Looking For:
* An individual who doesn't require micromanagement, needing only full support from the business.
* Recruiters with minimum 2 years' recruitment agency experience.
* A proven track record of billing.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
