Device Technician
We are seeking a skilled Device Technician to join our team at a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility in Dublin, Ireland. This 12-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
* Operate moulding and ancillary equipment.
* Prepare and operate automated assembly and ancillary equipment.
* Prepare and operate Pad Printing and ancillary equipment.
* Prepare and operate manual assembly and ancillary equipment.
* Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues affecting efficiency, safety, or quality.
* Perform quality checks and meet production quality targets.
* Supply materials to operations and equipment in a timely and safe manner.
* Label and pack components and finished products.
* Operate Coordinate measuring equipment and advanced metrology equipment.
* Operate fully automated computer-controlled systems, including robotic and vision system technology.
* Participate in divisional project teams for New Product Introduction and Improvement Projects.
* Reset equipment as necessary to ensure quality component manufacture.
* C coordinate team efforts to maximize effectiveness.
* Document activities in line with GMP requirements.
* Cross-train within the team and train new members.
* Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance quality, safety, environmental, and production systems.
Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent desirable, or relevant work experience.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite beneficial.
* 3rd level education required.
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a regulated manufacturing environment required.
