Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Covalen, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to work with one of our key financial clients in the Irish market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and effectively.
* Collate customer information via telephone calls and maintain accurate records.
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
* Drive sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting or referring new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all background checks.

Location and Working Hours:
Our office is located in Henry Street, Limerick, and we are looking for candidates who can commit to working full-time hours (Monday to Friday 11 AM to 3 PM) or part-time hours (Saturday to Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM). There will also be initial full-time training for 9-11 weeks.
