Job Title: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a multi-faceted role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.
Key responsibilities include driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates and styling recommendations.
Assistant managers are also talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, engaging, and developing team members.
They are expected to demonstrate inclusion and diversity awareness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
