The main responsibilities for the role will be to assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel reception, which includes guest check-ins and check-outs, and answering all guest inquiries both on the phone and by email.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel environment is essential for this role.
* Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the experience for guests.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.
* Proficient with hotel software; Opera/Hotsoft is a distinct advantage.
* Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
