Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description: Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
2. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
2. Process Improvement:
1. Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
2. Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support enhancements.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
2. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and provide updates.
4. Solution Delivery:
1. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
2. Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.
5. Data Analysis:
1. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate solutions.
2. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
1. Ensure that solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact the business.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
