We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Learning and Leadership Partner, focusing on Leadership Development. This role will help Kerry employees learn by creating and enabling high-quality Leadership & Management Development learning experiences and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Learning Needs Analysis.
* Lead on the development of quality Learning solutions, ensuring they align with Kerry's culture and business model.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and propose improvements.
* Be a thought leader on Learning and Leadership Development, researching external trends, technology, methodology, and ways of working that might benefit Kerry.
* Engage and partner with Kerry's Learning Administration Team on all learning administration activities.
* Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
* A passion for Learning and deep experience in the Learning cycle.
* The ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate work across teams.
* Experience in Leadership and Management Development programme management.
* Great communication skills.
* Experience engaging with and influencing senior management and stakeholder groups.
Advantageous:
* Experience working globally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Using learning technology to enhance the Learning experience.
* Expert facilitation skills.
* CIPD or equivalent qualifications/certification.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economy, or a related field.
