Thriving Irish Property company with teams in Sales, Lettings, Commercial and Property Management seeks a Risk & Compliance Co-Ordinator to join the team. This is a dynamic and busy team with a solid reputation and an ethos of working as a team.
* Permanent role
* Fully onsite – offices in Dublin 2
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all aspects of the company’s compliance requirements.
* Ensure adherence to regulations and assist in the implementation of risk management strategies.
* Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
* Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to GDPR, Anti Money Laundering, Legislation and Regulatory Compliance.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls and the application of rules, regulations and the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
* Engage with third party service providers to ensure outsourced activities are in compliance with regulations.
* Ensure that adequate policies, procedures, systems and controls are put in place.
Key Skills and Requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Data Protection, Financial Services or other relevant discipline (ideally in the Property sector).
* Third level Degree in a relevant discipline in Law/ Business / Compliance.
* Experience drafting/reviewing policies and procedures in line with Central Bank / AML / Data Protection legislation.
