Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team in Limerick. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, retail sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure optimal store performance
2. Foster a high standard of customer service among team members
3. Train, mentor, and coach staff, encouraging skill development and career advancement
4. Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management
5. Network and post on store social media to maximise sales and footfall
6. Generate new customers through word-of-mouth, local marketing, events and product demonstration
7. Manage your people to include setting objectives, coaching, personal development plans and appraisals
Requirements:
* Proven retail experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar role
* A track record of managing KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance
* A confident leader who can motivate and inspire a team
* A real people person who enjoys being within a retail sales and service environment
* Experience within a fashion, beauty, footwear or accessory background
