Responsibilities:
* Determine the course of action needed to display accurate information.
* Corrective measures may involve contacting B2B customers to verify information and conducting additional online research.
* Making outbound phone contact with clients in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
* Processing and raising required requests/transactions and making sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Flemish.
* An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
