About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation of H&S standards for the facility.
* Support and develop the delivery of all key performance measure metrics.
* Provide support in developing an on-going development/training programmes.
* Contribute to service planning & support the implementation of plan objectives.
Requirements
* Level 8 Healthcare qualification/Academic Award in H&S/Medical Device Technology/Quality & Risk Management – essential.
* Experience working in a healthcare setting in Occupational H&S or advisory role/Quality & Safety – essential.
* Experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in leading on health & safety projects/initiatives.
* Knowledge of H&S policies/procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office skills & computer literacy.
* Strong communication and people & leadership skills.
