Excel Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic Healthcare Team.
This is a dynamic role which involves screening CV's, shortlisting, candidate calling, administration, onboarding, reporting, compliance and some recruitment duties.
This would be a perfect role for anyone with customer service or sales experience.
Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants.
Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice's all over Ireland.
Duties: Supporting recruitment consultants with documents, onboarding and compliance Administration Reporting Creating Job specs Evaluating CV's and shortlisting Sourcing healthcare professionals though job adverts, CV database and other platforms including Linkedin Calling candidates Over the phone and in person interviews Garda vetting and reference checking Compliance checking Updating profiles and ensuring data is accurate Onboarding new staff Any other duties Full training provided.
This role is office based Monday to Friday Requirements: Excellent communication skills Proficient in word and excel Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment Passion for helping people Ability to multitask Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential Benefits: Salary negotiable based on experience.
