Our Client is a 4* Hotel in Co Kerry. We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager with 3+ years experience in a similar role. Hotel has busy Food and Beverage Outlets and a popular Conference/Banqueting suite catering for Weddings and other very special Events. Your role is to manage all daily operations in the Hotel Food & Beverage, Wedding & Events, Front of House, Rooms Division etc, taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and continually improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. Ideal Deputy Manager candidate will have a similar Management experience in busy 4* Deluxe properties, similar style Irish Hotel experience preferred. Naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Sales, Training and professional development. You will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevant IT and Financial Management experience in this role is required.
