We are seeking an Associate Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to provide administration support to our in-house Talent Acquisition team, supporting EMEA and US TA activities. (12 month contract)Responsibilities:Marketing and promotion of all positions across EMEA & USOrganising and co-ordination of interviewsScheduling interviews across multiple time zonesOrganising flights and accommodation for candidates attending interviews and for some new hiresProcessing of expense requests for candidates attending interviewRaising of e-req’s for careers fairs, events, etc.Preparation of contracts of employmentScheduling of medicals for new hiresScheduling of new employee orientationBuilding relationships with hiring managers and wider HR teamComplete reference checking for new hiresDraft up letters for new hiresUpdating of all TA trackersScheduling of psychometric testing for manufacturing candidatesCoordination of Transition Year programmeOther ad hoc administration duties as requiredRequirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam playerExtremely well organisedAbility to prioritize multiple tasksDetail orientedConfident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applicationsAt least 2 years experience working in a similar HR role in a fast paced environmentHours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm#LI-CO1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
