Job Description:
Who is Sprout?
It started with a tomato. A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout. Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca into seven sites across Dublin/Kildare and its own farm (with many more planned!).
At Sprout, we are all about growing, whether that be our food, our business, our teams or ourselves. Our people are integral to the work we do and showing the world that healthy food does not have to be boring or tasteless.
A Team Leader in Sprout is one of the most important positions, helping set the tone for our teams and the attitude of everyone in our restaurants.
This role will help create and influence, develop and drive the culture within Sprout. You will need to have a very keen eye for detail and be organized.
