This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance our client's operations, ensuring they align with business objectives and legal requirements across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Ireland.
As HR Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the HR function, leading operational excellence while driving strategic initiatives to support business growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver scalable HR systems, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment legislation across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management: Oversee HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and consistency across sites.
2. Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring adherence to UK, Irish, and Northern Ireland employment laws.
3. Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and inclusivity.
4. Performance Management: Lead the implementation of performance reviews and support managers in fostering talent development.
5. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and present key insights to leadership.
6. Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of UK, Irish, and Northern Ireland employment law.
4. Proven ability to scale HR processes in a growing organisation.
5. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in change management, organisational restructuring, and performance management.
Desirable:
1. Industry experience in telecommunications or renewable energy.
2. Familiarity with Sage HRIS or time management systems.
