**Senior People Business Partner - EMEA Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Business Partner to join our People team in EMEA. This role will partner closely with our executive team, providing trusted advice, business consulting, coaching, and change management expertise.
This position will drive cross-functional initiatives across the People function, focusing on the ongoing development of our talent and culture at Guidewire.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop holistic talent strategies, integrating organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and business performance metrics.
* Focus on scale and growth through strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team effectiveness.
* Cultivate data-driven solutions using diagnostic tools and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align culture and performance with rewards strategies.
Key Qualifications
* Business Acumen: Proficient knowledge and direct experience partnering with regional and go-to-market teams.
* Strategic Consultation: Proven ability to develop and execute solutions to business challenges and influence strategic decisions.
* Relationship Management: Ability to collaborate and proactively partner with global cross-functional teams.
* Data Judgement: Extensive experience partnering with Executive leaders and leadership teams through data-driven analytics.
* Talent Management: Strategic HR Expertise, Employee Experience Management, and Technological Savviness.
* Agility: Comfortable iterating while building long-term enterprise solutions.
Requirements
* Global experience representing a region to US HQ.
* Prior experience partnering with Sales/Go To Market functions.
* Comfort with Google suite of tools, Guidewire products, and Workday.
* Certification in team effectiveness tools, executive development models, and frameworks is welcomed.
