Role: French speaking Technical Support representative
Our team is looking for a skilled and multilingual technical support specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone and other communication channels, mainly in French.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software related, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide solutions that meet their needs.
* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution and keep accurate records of customer interactions.
* Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for our products to ensure clarity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position, demonstrating a track record of success.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools, including [list specific tools if applicable].
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in French and English.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
