We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at a growing tourism company based in Dublin City Centre.
This hybrid position reports into the Accounts Payable Manager and offers the opportunity to grow your accounts payable skills in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

* Fixed Term Contract Role: 10 Month Contract
* Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days in office per week
* Salary Range: €30,000 - €32,000
* Bonus Potential: Up to €2,000

Responsibilities
* Support Ireland Accounts Payable Function: Invoice processing and supplier account reconciliation
* Upload Supplier Invoices: Internal AP software
* Process High Volume of Invoices: Irish business
* Resolve Supplier Queries: Promptly reconcile supplier accounts
* Ensure Proper Authorization: Supplier invoices
* Collaborate with Departments: Address queries and provide support
* Communicate with Suppliers
* Assist with Bulk Payment Files
* Support Assigned Trainees
* Perform Other Duties Assigned: Manager or Director, including environmental and responsible tourism initiatives
Key Skills and Qualifications
* At Least 1-3 Years: Accounts Payable experience
* Self-Starter with Strong Communication Skills
* Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
* Previous Experience: High-volume environment
